OUR COFFEE COACH

Helps Create and Grow Community with Coffee, Conversation, and a Positive Social Connection!

My name is Jeff Hall, for over 25 years I have enjoyed preparing great coffee and gathering people around a cup. Community is built on good conversations and conversation is better over a great cup of coffee!

What People are saying:

“I would get married just to have the Coffee Coach at my wedding”

-Navy Federal Banker

“You brought such a positive and impactful vibe to our little town. You were a gathering place for friends, a fun treat for the littles, and a relieving sight for sore, tired night shift eyes in need of a pick me up! I loved that my coffee pop always came with a pep talk and a positive message. A genuine one that can’t be matched by any other baristas. My kids are so sad that “coffee Jeff” won’t be there anymore. I also want to say, you giving me that coffee pop was probably the most thoughtful parting gift, one I am so thankful for. But the coffee pop is missing something when it’s not made by you! I think there was a little magic you put in there that I can’t recreate! Your family and your energy will be so very missed in our community, I can promise you that. I’ll forever drive by looking for that blue van.”

“Jeff is Awesome his heart and soul is definitely in what he does. not only provides motivational words but delicious caffeinated drinks to carry you through the day! Love this place!”

“Amazing coffee. The nitro brew was out of this world and perfectly sweetened.”

The story of Coffee Coach:

After his time in the Navy Jeff coached, taught, and became the principal of a High School in San Diego while completing his undergraduate degree with an emphasis of study in Cross Cultural Communications and a graduate degree with an emphasis in Education. After a short and paradigm shifting trip to serve underprivileged communities outside Capetown in South Africa he went on to start a foundation to support vocational business training for underprivileged entrepreneurs in Africa. While raising a young family of 6 kids and working as a property manager for years in Arizona and on a ranch in Northern California Jeff, in his calling, longed to build community. He moved his family to Chico California to start HardWrought CrossFit. In that season he grew in his calling as a coach, growing and loving a truly great community. Ever the pioneers his family moved to Florida and had a few simple values to build a new business on. Work with family, build community, not go in debt, and not be in a brick and mortar operation.

On the simple principle of “a good business plan is finding a problem and creating a solution” they purchased a stunning Mercedes Sprinter that was built out in Canada and serving Snow Cones in Connecticut.

Just down the street outside the US Air Force Special Operations Command there was a daily traffic jam, and get this, no coffee. The freshly outfitted, coffee equipped, newly wrapped and christened Coffee Coach was deployed for service. The Coffee Coach pulled up and served our country’s service men and women among others an amazing cup of coffee with a side of extemporaneous encouragement and coaching. With my sons and daughters we continue to serve coffee and cold treats from Florida, NorCal, and now North Idaho.
